To me, UX design is designing the best possible way to get your point across. You want to make sure that the story you are trying to tell can be told to and viewed by everyone. I am a very curious person, always asking “Why?”, trying to figure out how the world works so I can apply the best aspects to my own life and designs. I have always found myself making notes to why things were designed the way they were and how I would improve it. I then realized that I could make a career out of making the best user experiences for people and that is how I discovered I wanted to become a UX/UI designer.

I would describe myself as an organized person who goes into tasks and projects with a positive attitude. Although I am not an automatic leader, I can jump in and take charge. I work well with others, often bringing a lighthearted nature and humor to a group setting. I make sure to listen to others and include their ideas as well as ensure we stay on our deadline. When it comes to critical feedback, I remember that it will help me grow as a designer. If it is something I can fix, I do research on how best to improve. And sometimes I realize that there is no fix and people may not necessarily like something I created.

I am always learning new things and trying to expand my design horizons. If you would like to contact me with questions or comments, click HERE to go to my contact page.
